This past weekend Elite Nation baseball took first place in the ECTB tournaments in Bethlehem, PA. Pitching was the highlight of the weekend with Christian Haesche and Will King combining for a no-hitter in game 1. The Quarterfinal game was dominated by Jake Berend's complete game no-hitter.
Christian Haesche and Nicky Martinez combined for a 1 hitter in the semi-finals to propel Elite Nation in the finals. Will King went the distance to pitch a 2 hitter in the championship game to earn Elite Nation's first title in their inaugural event.
Offensively we outscored our opponents 43-6 backed by Nicky Martinez's 9 hits and Tyler Caton's 9 runs scored. The Championship was a total team effort with each kid having multiple hits and played solid defensively.

Ian Dinsay, PJ Heilbronn, Aidan Haesche, Kyle Hard, Andrew Knapp and Joey Carello were major contributors in the team's success.
