Casey Esbin and Brielle Lipstein, both from New City, will be performing with 134 of their fellow Stagedoor Manor students in Thursday’s Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. The Parade airs nationally on NBC-TV, and is expected to be watched by an estimated 50 million viewers.
Casey and Brielle are also 2 of only 24 featured Stagedoor Manor dancers participating in the Parade's Grande Finale (welcoming Santa from his sleigh onto the Macy's Herald Square Star), and were also among the 19 featured Stagedoor Manor singers that recorded the music for the Finale. In addition to performing in the Grande Finale, they will also be traveling the entire parade route with the other parade performers.
Casey and Brielle are both juniors at Clarkstown High School North, and are active members of CHSN's kick-line and hip-hop dance teams. During the summer, they both attend Stagedoor Manor Performing Arts Camp in Loch Sheldrake, N.Y., where they will return this coming summer.
