Oswaldo and Eva Carrera will be honored as the 2026 Humanitarians of the Year for their unwavering commitment to community service and philanthropy. Dr. Clovis Raymond will receive the 2026 Lifesaving Partner of the Year Award in recognition of his valued partnership with WCFR and his outstanding commitment to improving the health and well-being of the communities he serves.
