The single most pressing issue facing our community, and what I intend to do about it.

Taxes, I will make use of efficiencies in the town along with economic development order to help keep taxes low while maintaining the services we expect.

What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

The biggest difference is in my ability to get things done. My experience in the private sector along with my knowledge of government put me in a unique position to best get things done.

If you are a challenger, in what way has the current board or officeholder failed the community (or district or constituency)?

My opponent has largely been absent since getting elected. While on knocking on doors and meeting residents the vast majority of people did not know who their current Councilman was, I think that is a lost opportunity and I have spent the last 9 months earning the trust of the voters in Ward 4

Describe the other issues that define your campaign platform.

Economic Development, code enforcement, quality life issues and to limit over development while encouraging smart development.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

My previous experience in Human Resources and being a small business owner in Clarkstown gives me a unique perspective on the issues facing our community.

The best advice ever shared with me was …

Its not advice but The Rotary Motto of Service Above Self

What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your positions?

If elected I will work tirelessly with Supervisor George Hoehmann and County Executive Ed Day to ensure we continue to move Clarkstown in a positive direction.
