Clarkstown Police Still Working on 1974 Murder of Lisa Thomas
CBS New York's "Crimesider" section talked to Barbara Thomas.

Lisa Thomas’s body was found, by her father, in the woods behind their house. She had been beaten. She was 15 and had been walking home from the mall.
Detectives have reopened the cold case, looking at DNA evidence and the file, according to news reports (Crimesiders quotes The Journal News and CBS News).
Whether the police theory that it was a school or neighborhood dispute, or her mom’s theory that she confronted the group of teens that hung out in those woods about their recent home burglary, Lisa would be 55 now.
