A 12-member Planning Committee was appointed for Clarkstown by the Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery to develop a plan to guide the spending.

The committee has developed a list of projects, programs, and actions based on known areas of vulnerability, flooding, and damage. The committee members took into account each project’s capacity to increase resiliency and reduce risk, as well as their feasibility, ratio of cost to benefit, and community support.

Now it’s your turn.

Through this survey, New York Rising is looking to gauge community support for the projects identified by the Committee that will be presented in the NYRCR Final Plan.

Please express your preference for each project by selecting “high” or “low”. The Planning Committee will combine these survey responses with those collected at the Public Engagement Meeting held a few weeks ago.

The survey will be open until Friday, November 21st.
