Clarkstown's Ranked Among Best Middle Schools in New York

Niche.com has released its 2016 rankings of public middle schools across the country, and Clarkstown made the New York list. 

The school in the Clarkstown district actually has three rankings on the list:

57. Felix Festa Determination Middle School

58. Felix Festa Character Middle School

79. Felix Festa Achievement Middle School

Last year, the three came in a little closer together and in a slightly different order:

• No. 57- Felix Festa Character Middle School, West Nyack
• No. 64- Felix Festa Determination Middle School, West Nyack
• No. 67- Felix Festa Achievement Middle School, West Nyack

Last year, 33 lower- and mid-Hudson Valley schools made the list in Niche's 2015 rankings.

A high ranking, according to Niche, indicates that a school “is an exceptional academic institution with a diverse set of high-achieving students and faculty, and the students are very happy with their experiences.”
