Dogs Escape New City Home, Travel 2 Miles, Climb 9-foot Fence, Kill 2 Pet Goats--Again
The 83-year-old owner of the goats says these are the same dogs that killed her goats two years ago.
Police are holding two labrador-mix dogs pending an investigation into the deaths of two pet goats Sept. 23.
According to news reports, the two canines were found inside an enclosure, mauling the Nigerian Dwarf Goats named Poppy and Sunny, at 3:30 a.m.
The owner, 83-year-old Marie Harrow, told News 12 Westchester that these are the same dogs that killed two other goats of hers.

According to The Journal News, Lauren and Jason Feldman, the dogs’ owners, were fined after the 2012 incident. The Harrow family then raised the walls on their goat pen to nine feet.
Two years later, history repeated itself. Poppy and Sunny were 1-year-olds.

The dogs were taken by a Clarkstown animal control officer to Hi Tor Animal Shelter.
