Drug Investigators Found Guns and Ammo in New City as well as Cash and Drugs

Most of the guns came from a New City residence.

The Rockland County-wide drug bust announced yesterday by District Attorney Thomas Zugibe didn’t only end with the arrest of 19 people.

Police also seized weapons, cash and drugs.

According to lohud.com, a shotgun and four AK-47s plus thousands of rounds of ammunition were confiscated. Most of the guns were taken from a New City home, reported Steve Lieberman in The Journal News.

Alessandro Bruno, 26, of 10 Windmill Lane, was selling Xanax, officials said. He faces three felony counts of criminal possession of an assault weapon and 40 counts of unlawful possession of a large capacity ammunition feeding device.
