35TH ANNUAL MINIATURE, DOLLHOUSE & ART EXHIBITION: A CELEBRATION!

The Historical Society of Rockland County proudly announces the return of the ever-popular annual exhibition:  The 35th Annual Miniature, Dollhouse & Art Exhibition: A Celebration!

The exhibition is open Wednesday to  Sunday, from 12 noon to 4PM.

This year's exhibition will showcase the work of miniature artist Sandra Mirque. Sandra, originally from Rockland County, now resides in Orange County, NY and has been exhibiting at the HSRC for many years now. Each of her detailed room boxes tell a story and are very appealing to those of us who are young at heart.

Sandra has also graciously created a hand-made Tuscany-themed room box which she has donated to the HSRC to be raffled off during the run of this exhibition. All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the HSRC.

We are pleased to be exhibiting pieces by collage artist Elizabeth Parsons of Monroe, NY  --   this will be Elizabeth's first time exhibiting at the HSRC -- as well as beautiful art dolls and dollhouses by West Nyack artist & children's book author & illustrator Barbara Soloff Levy.

As part of this exhibition's curator's celebration, we are very proud to have many other talented contributors to this highly anticipated show, including well-known Rockland artists.  This very popular exhibition is a fund-raiser for the Historical Society of Rockland County.
