The Arts Council of Rockland (ACOR) announces grants for in-school programs are available through the Arts Education Grants. The grants provide matching funds from $500 to $4,000 for collaborative efforts between Rockland schools and cultural organizations and/or artists between between January 1 and June 15, 2012.
Applicants must be a Rockland Pre-K through 12th grade public, private, parochial and/or charter school.
Guidelines and the application are available online. The free seminar will be held at the Rockland Teachers Center at 14 E Vanderlip Circle in Thiells.
