Bob Milne Ragtime Benefit Concert

We are excited to announce that on Thursday, August 19, 2010  Child Care Resources of Rockland, Inc. (CCRR) will be hosting the Bob Milne Ragtime Concert. The event will feature Bob Milne, who is considered to be the best ragtime and boogie-woogie pianist in the world.   Bob was filmed and documented in 2004 during three days of interviews at the Library of Congress, and was declared a "National Treasure" at the conclusion.  Copies of Bob Milne's CD will be available for purchase.

This Bob Milne Ragtime Concert is a benefit event, the proceeds of which will enable CCRR to continue to help close to 4,000 families locate appropriate early childhood education and school age care services, provide over 5,000 hours of technical assistance to improve the quality of care in local programs, and advocate for increased investment in quality child care and education so that the needs of every child in our community are met.

Adults $15 in advance, $20 at the door.  Children under 15 free when accompanied by an adult.
