Event rules: We open at 9am sharp. Items are first come first serve, there is NO holding merchandise before the sale. Previous purchases will not be adjusted. Credits and Gift Certificates may NOT be redeemed. You may not exchange or return on sale day. There is no giftwrapping. Bring your own blankets or sheets for accessories, art, lamps, mirrors and small furniture. There will be someone to help you get it into your vehicle! All purchases must be brought to the counter by 1:45 pm, we close promptly at 2:00pm.
