The 16 sculptures in the Great Painted Paw Brigade will be unveiled in a gallery event on Friday, March 2. The life size sculptures of dogs and cats were painted by local artists, who were sponsored by local businesses and organizations. The sculptures will be auctioned in June to benefit the North Rockland Rowing Club with a portion of the proceeds going to the Hi-Tor Animal Care Center.
The exhibit is open to the public and admission is free.
