Responsible Dog Ownership Day will feature a Dog Contest, Raffle, Displays, Dog Trainer Exhibits and one of the Clarkstown Police Department’s K-9 Officers. Admission to attend the event is $1.00. Entry into one of the Dog Contests is $5.00. All proceeds from the event to benefit the Congers Veterans Memorial Association. Clarkstown Town Clerk Justin Sweet will also be holding a Town Clerk’s Mobile Office at the event.
