HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Martha Stewart embracing pumpkin spice, the Business Council embracing the Headless Horseman and a corn maze roundup — it must be fall.
There was a lot of news in the Hudson Valley in September, and much of it was just plain good news, like the new start for the rescued research beagles and the new start for iconic Memorial Field in southern Westchester.
