All Brega Transport employees are looking for are the wages they were promised.
On February 18th the NLRB declared that The International Association of Sheet Metal Air Rail Transportation workers union (SMART) would now be representing Brega Transport workers. On February 20th a new case was brought against Brega Transport for "Refusing to negotiate after numerous requests" and "Unilaterally making changes to working conditions".
Having union jobs means having a negotiated union contract ...seems simple, but nothing is ever simple with this Rockland Transportation contract. Hopefully it will not take 2 years...
