Young Lacey was brought in as a stray. It is hard to imagine someone dumping this little girl outside to fend for herself. Lacey is petite, weighing under three pounds. She is docile and sweet, easy to handle, and lovable. Lacey looks through her crate bars all day waiting for her forever family to come for her.
