Living with Chronic Health Problems: Rockland County Workshop

The free sessions this fall are offered in Nanuet or Suffern.

From the Rockland County Health Department

Do you have a chronic health problem such as heart disease, arthritis or cancer that is stopping you from living your life to its fullest? If yes, then join our free six-session, interactive workshop series, called Better Choices, Better Health.

“Our workshop series will help you gain the skills you need to maintain your independence, better manage your ongoing health condition, and improve the quality of your life, so that you’ll feel more in control of your health,” said Dr. Patricia Schnabel Ruppert, Rockland County Commissioner of Health.
