New City Teen Charged with DWAI: Orangetown Police
Police report 3 DUIs after midnight on Thanksgiving.

Orangetown police report three arrests for driving while under the influence early Thursday morning.
Samuel M. Bennett-Levy, 19, of New City faces charges of driving while ability impaired - drugs, and possession of marijuana. Police said he was stopped for a traffic violation at 12:58 a.m. and failed field sobriety tests. He is due in Orangetown justice court Dec. 22.
Nathan Pelsch, 21, of Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, faces a charge of driving while intoxicated. He was stopped for a traffic violation at 1:32 a.m. He failed field sobriety tests and a breathalizer test, police said. He is due in court Dec. 16.
