Palisades Shoplifting Arrest
Clarkstown police allege the man had taken cologne and accessories.

Clarkstown Police responded Nov. 14 to Abercrombie and Fitch at the Palisades Mall for a report of shoplifting.
The suspect, Kevin Lambert, 30, of Brooklyn, NY was reportedly observed by loss prevention employees taking merchandise valued at $1,124 consisting of cologne and accessories.
Police said they chased Lambert when he ran away. He was caught in the parking lot, arrested and transported to police headquarters for processing. The merchandise was recovered at the scene.

He was charged with grand larceny 4th (felony), criminal possession of stolen property 4th (felony), possession of burglar tools (misdemeanor) and resisting arrest (misdemeanor). Lambert was arraigned in Clarkstown Justice Court. He was remanded to Rockland County Jail. He will return to court on Nov. 18.
