Police Bust New City Drug Den after Neighbors Complain
They found heroin, suboxone, marijuana, paraphernalia and packaging materials—and arrested 3 people.

The Clarkstown Police Department executed a search warrant at 260 West Clarkstown Road in New City on Sept. 24, 2014 at 2:35 p.m.
The search warrant was a result of an investigation conducted by the police after several complaints were received about drug sales taking place at the location. The search warrant resulted in the seizure of 240 individual wax envelopes containing heroin, a quantity of suboxone, drug paraphernalia, packaging material and marijuana.
Three suspects were arrested and processed at police headquarters. They are identified as Andrew Flores, 26, Roger Mann, 32 and Victor Apolinar, 22, all from New City.

They were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd (felony). Andrew Flores had additional charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th ( misdemeanor) and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor).
They were arraigned in Clarkstown Justice Court. Flores was denied bail due to previous felony convictions, Mann had bail set at $10,000 and Apolinar had bail set at $7,500.

All three suspects were transported to the Rockland County Jail. They return to court on Sept. 29 at 1:30 PM.
