Police ID Man Killed In New City Crash
The driver of the car he hit suffered severe injuries to his lower extremities, police said.

CLARKSTOWN, NY — Police have identified the man who died in a crash on Route 304 Friday morning as Patrick Tully of Nanuet.
Tully, 84, was alone in a black Hyundai Elantra, driving south on Route 304 just before noon. Initial reports from witnesses were that he crossed over the double yellow line into oncoming traffic, police said. He then struck a northbound silver Toyota Highlander.
The driver of the Highlander, a 51-year-old Haverstraw man, sustained serious injuries to his lower extremities, Clarkstown police said. The passenger in the Highlander, a 53-year-old Stony Point resident, sustained minor injuries.
