Police Make Arrest in Costco Assault

The Clarkstown Detective Bureau arrested Shaquille White Dec. 1 for the assault of a fellow co-worker on Nov. 28.

The incident occurred at the Costco at 50 Overlook Blvd. in Nanuet, early in the morning of Black Friday, before the box store was open.

White, 19, turned himself in at the Clarkstown Police Department. The Spring Valley resident was charged with assault 1st (felony) and criminal possession of a weapon (misdemeanor).

He was arraigned in the Clarkstown Justice Court. Bail was set at $50,000. He was transported to the Rockland County Jail and has a return court date of Dec. 5.
