Poll: Will Yankees Be in the World Series?

The New York Yankees won the American League East Championship Wednesday night, putting them on the road to the World Series.

The Yankees took their 12th American League East title in 16 years as Jorge Posada slapped a pinch-hit two-run single to right. The 8th inning  hit brought a 4-2 victory in the late game of a doubleheader sweep of Tampa Bay in the Bronx.
