Clarkstown school district working with Rockland BOCES on testing.
The Clarkstown school district's pool at Felix Festa Middle School in West Nyack has been closed over concerns for air quality at the pool.
Schools Superintendent Margaret Keller-Cogan said the pool was closed today and will be closed Friday for further testing. Keller-Cogan said the district is working with the safety team of the Rockland Board of Cooperative Educational Services in West Nyack on a review of conditions at the pool.
The pool was the site of a swim meet today, however, the event was called off because of conditions at the pool.
