Tickets for Can-Am League team's first season available online only; team's first game set for June 16 at new stadium in Pomona.

Rockland’s new pro baseball team, the Boulders, today starts selling individual game tickets online for the first season, set to begin June 16 at the new stadium in Pomona.
"To date, season ticket sales and group outings have been strong," said Ken Lehner, Boulders' president. "But it is time to invite individual ticket purchasers to join the party and what a party it will be for the grand opening of America's Best New Ballpark on June 16th."
The individual game tickets for the Can-Am League team are on sale to the team’s Facebook “friends” through a link, and promo code, on the Boulders Facebook Fan Page at Rockland Baseball. The team’s "friends" will then be allowed to purchase individual tickets using that code.

Two more for the roster
The Rockland Boulders finalized their spring training roster this week after adding pitcher Roger Lincoln and infielder Jermel Lomack.
Lincoln, 30, spent last season with the Rockford RiverHawks of the independent Northern League. A former 34th round pick of the Cleveland Indians in the 2003 MLB Draft, Lincoln had a 6-8 record with a 5.88 ERA in 22 games for the RiverHawks. The lefty struck out 52 batters over 108.2 innings, and averaged 2.2 walks per game. He brings a career 33-28 record with a 4.28 ERA to the Boulders.
The Riverview, FL, native also returns to the Can-Am League, after spending the 2008 and 2009 seasons with the Sussex Skyhawks in New Jersey. Lincoln had a combined 7-8 record with a 4.90 ERA for Sussex, and appeared in 10 games during their championship run in 2008.
Early in his career, Lincoln played three seasons between both the Indians and Boston Red Sox’ minor league systems. He reached the Red Sox’ Single-A Greenville Bombers in 2005, and had a 4-2 mark with a 4.21 ERA in nine starts.
Lomack, 27, was a former Pittsburgh Pirates’ draft pick in the 14th round of the 2004 MLB Draft. He played for the Amarillo Dillas of the United League Baseball in 2010, and won the ULB Championship. Lomack had a .300 batting average with one homerun and 25 RBIs while appearing in 71 contests for Amarillo last season.
“I am very excited to come out and play for the Rockland Boulders because we're going to be competing to bring a championship here,” said Lomack, who lead the NY-Penn League in stolen bases with 29 in his rookie campaign with the Williamsport Crosscutters in 2004.
“I am going to have some fun while playing with some guys that I know, especially current Boulders Vic Buttler and Sean Smith,” said Lomack. “We helped push one another to become better, which I'm sure will happen this season.”
Lomack worked his way up to their Single-A team, the Hickory Crawdads in 2005, where he hit .243 with 12 RBIs while playing in 59 games.
