Thruway DWI for New Jersey Man

He was stopped for speeding, police said

At 11:16 p.m., Oct. 3, State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 for speeding and multiple other traffic violations.

The trooper concluded the driver of the vehicle, Danny M. Hower, 29 of Riverdale, NJ was intoxicated. Hower was transported and processed in Tarrytown where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.13 percent.

Hower was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Ramapo Court on Nov. 5.
