Town of Clarkstown Mid-Winter Recess Mini Camp at Street Community Center
Registration begins January 4, 2016!

Eligible: Boys and girls in Grades K-6 who are residents of the Town of Clarkstown
Date: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday February 16-19, 2016

Time: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Place: Street Community Center, 31 Zukor Road, New City

Fee: $200.00 (36016-A) per child for the 4 day program
or “pick your day” - $55.00 per day
Tuesday - (36016-B) - Bowling
Wednesday (36016-C) - Sportime USA
Thursday (36016-D) - Castle Fun Center
Friday (36016-E) - Movies (TBD)

Program: Mini Camp activities include: Arts & crafts, sports, gym games, quiet games, and in house movies. A special trip planned for each day.
Registration: Registration begins January 4, 2016 at the Administration Building, 31 Zukor Road, New City or online. To register online you must be issued a 2016 username and password. Please come in as soon as possible to prove residency and to be issued this information. There will be a limited number of openings available for online registration. Proof of age (copy of Birth Certificate), and Town of Clarkstown residency (two forms of I.D. are needed. Example: Valid NYS Driver’s License and current utility bill for primary residence) are required.
Note: NO REFUNDS DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER
WHEN YOU REGISTER FOR A PROGRAM TWO WEEKS (OR LESS) PRIOR TO THE START DATE, THE FEE MUST BE PAID IN CASH OR CREDIT CARD (VISA OR MASTERCARD).
