Valley Cottage Man Faces DWI Charge after Thruway Traffic Stop
State police picked him up early Aug. 2.
State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 for a traffic violation at 3:35 a.m. Aug. 2.
They say they found the driver of the vehicle, John B. Cunningham, 45, was intoxicated.
The Valley Cottage resident was transported and processed at SP Tarrytown, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.21 percent. Cunningham was charged with:

He was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Clarkstown Court on Aug. 19.
