Yonkers Man Arrested in Clarkstown on DWI Charge
O'Connor allegedly had a 0.21 percent blood alcohol content.

A Yonkers man was arrested in Clarkstown Nov. 25 and charged with driving drunk.
New York State Police said Mark B. O’Connor was stopped on I-87 after being reported as operating his vehicle erratically.
He was allegedly intoxicated, and police found his blood alcohol content to be 0.21 percent.

O’Connor was processed at the Tarrytown barracks and turned over to a sober third party.
He was charged with misdemeanor aggravated driving while intoxicated and released on an appearance ticket to appear in court Dec. 6.
