The Town of North Hempstead’s Project Independence is hosting an “All you Need to Know About Heart Health” seminar on Monday Dec. 8 at 12:30 p.m. at Clinton G. Martin Park.
Residents are encouraged to attend and learn how to maintain their heart health and about the common causes and treatments of heart disease.
