Police Seek New Hyde Park Purse Thief
The woman is wanted for stealing another person's pocketbook from T.J. Maxx, police say.
Police are looking to identify the woman who stole another person’s pocketbook from a New Hyde Park department store earlier this year.
On January 6, a woman inside T.J. Maxx, located 2315 New Hyde Park Road, was captured on surveillance camera taking someone’s pocketbook from the counter and fleeing the store in an unknown direction, police say.
The woman is wanted for grand larceny.
