The position is for a full-time BUTCHER at our New Hyde Park location.
Must have a minimum of 5yrs experience.

Job duties include:
Assisting in all areas of the department, slicing and cutting a variety of meats including: Beef, Pork, Lamb and Veal & Poultry. A high degree of craftsmanship is preferred.

Retail experience is a must.
Setting up fresh meat cases, ensuring products have proper signage and are well-merchandised; showcasing quality and freshness
Unloading and breaking down deliveries
Working with team members to maintain the overall appearance of the department, ensuring display cases, scales and counters are cleaned
Properly handling products in accordance with food safety guidelines
The right person will display the following:
Willingness to work early hours & weekends - (we are open 7 days a week from Monday-Saturday 8am-7pm and Sundays 8am-2pm)
Ability to provide incredible customer service
Act as a member of the team
