According to the company's website, Stop & Shop was notified by a supplier that one of its "Northeast brand conventional spring mixes tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes."

The company has issued a recall "for all products processed on the same day as the positive sample." These products feature a best-if-used-by date of Jan. 15, 2011.
If you bought any of these products, discard them, but save your receipt, which you can bring to the store for a refund.
