Village Day Fall Festival is Sept. 28 at Sands Point Preserve

Fun for the entire family!

Celebrate autumn on Sunday, Sept. 28, at Sands Point Preserve’s Village Day Fall Festival, from 12-5 pm.

The day features outdoor activities for guests of all ages. Our petting zoo includes sheep, llama, frizzle chickens, crested ducks, and a herd of ponies. There will be hayrides around the Great Lawn, an ideal setting for seeing the early fall foliage. And don’t miss the pony rides overlooking the Long Island Sound, as well as pumpkin painting for budding artists.

Village Day will also include a green grocer, offering award-winning artisanal cheeses, fresh baked goods, apple cider, and famous Horman pickles.
