FLORAL PARK, NY. — The Thomas Dalton Funeral Home in Floral Park announced that visitation would begin for Roger McGovern Wednesday evening, giving mourners the chance to bid farewell to the retired NYPD sergeant who died during Sunday’s snowstorm.
