3 Westchester Men Arraigned For Multiple Burglaries

One of the three pleaded guilty to two felonies.

Three Westchester men were arraigned Oct. 16 on a multi-count indictment related to burglaries last winter throughout the county. Christian Rosa, 27, of Valhalla, Damien Williams, 26, of White Plains, and Vincent Cuccurullo, 32, of White Plains, face multiple felonies and misdemeanors for the burglaries that occurred from Jan. 22 to Feb. 21.

Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A. Scarpino Jr. said Rose burglarized multiple homes in Mount Pleasant, Eastchester, New Rochelle and Scarsdale. He is also charged with possessing stolen property including credit cards from these homes and from a home in the City of Rye.

Williams was involved with Rosa in burglaries in New Rochelle and Mount Pleasant.

Police said Rosa and Williams committed the burglaries during the day when the homeowners were out of the house.

They forced they way into the homes and stole numerous items including jewelry, coins and credit cards.

In addition, from a New Rochelle home, Rosa and Williams are charged with stealing a handgun during the course of the burglary.

They were arrested Feb. 21.

Cuccurollo was also arrested Feb. 21 and charged with second-degree burglary of a Scarsdale home he committed with Rosa. He pleaded guilty Sept. 17 and is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 25.

Rosa is charged with the following:

  • Six counts of second-degree burglary, felonies
  • Six counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, felonies
  • 10 counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors

Williams is charged with two counts of second-degree burglary, felonies.

Rosa and Williams remain in custody. Their next court appearance is scheduled for Oct. 30.
