Abortion Complications Caused New Rochelle Woman's Death
The coroner's report was released in Baltimore, MD.

A New Rochelle woman who had an abortion in Maryland died of complications from the procedure, according to Newsday.
The newspaper reported that the chief medical examiner's office said amniotic fluid found its way into Jennifer Morbelli's bloodstream causing an embolism.
That was one of two causes of Morbelli's death, Newsday reported medical examiner's office spokesman Bruce Goldfarb as saying.

The other was small blood clots that formed in the blood vessels, or "disseminated intravascular coagulation."
Goldfarb was quoted by the Journal News as saying Morbelli was “left with the inability to clot blood to stop bleeding.”
