Approaching Storm: New Rochelle Closing, Cancellation Announced for Monday

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — As the nor’easter approached the Hudson Valley, schools and organizations are beginning to announce early closing and cancellation of afternoon activities.

The City School District of New Rochelle has canceled all after-school and evening activities for Monday.

The New Rochelle Public Library and Huguenot Children's Library will be closing at 4 p.m. Monday
