The College of New Rochelle: Tayler Fisher Named AD3I Runner of the Week
Tayler Fisher has been named AD3I Cross Country Runner of the Week.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY – The Association of Division III Independents (AD3I) have named The College of New Rochelle junior Tayler Fisher (Wilmington, DE/Conrad School of Science) its Cross Country Runner of the Week, the conference office announced Tuesday. This is the first time Fisher has received this honor.
Competing on the same course she twice broke the school record last season, Fisher became the first Blue Angel runner to break the 21-minute barrier, finish the 5000 meter course at the Bard Invitational in a time of 20:41, taking 31 seconds off her previous best time, set at the HVIAC Championships last season.
Fisher now holds the top-three fastest times in the history of The College of New Rochelle’s cross country program.

Fisher and the Blue Angels compete again Sunday, September 28, when the team runs in the CSI Invitational, to be held at Cloves Lake Park on Staten Island. The women’s 5K race is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM.
