Cops Say Driver With Suspended License Was Drunk On I-95
The New Jersey woman faces a felony and a misdemeanor charge.
NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A woman who police said they found on I-95 Friday driving drunk with a suspended license faces felony and misdemeanor charges.
State police said they stopped a vehicle in New Rochelle at 7:50 p.m. for vehicle and traffic violations. They concluded the driver, Natalia J. Dominguez of Brentwood, NY was intoxicated. A record search revealed she had a suspended license.
The 21-year-old was arrested and transported to the state police barracks in New Rochelle where her blood alcohol content was determined to be .18 percent. She was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree; a Class E Felony.

Dominguez was released to a sober third party and issued appearance tickets returnable to the City of New Rochelle Court on July 10.
