I-95 Reopens In New Rochelle After Police Activity: UPDATE

The interstate was shut down in both directions.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — I-95 was reopened to traffic in both directions Friday afternoon after police were able to pull a man standing on the side of the North Avenue overpass to safety.

Traffic started flowing again shortly after 2 p.m., though there were extensive residual delays, the Journal News said.
