Man, 39, Accused of Having Sex with a Child: Cops
New Rochelle police made the arrest, following an investigation by Child Protective Services.
A Guatemalan citizen living in New Rochelle has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a child over several years, dating back to when she was 7 years old, according to police.
Talk of the Sound reports that Aisar Valiente, 39, was arrested on a felony charge last month of first degree Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child.
The case stems from an investigation by Child Protective Services which received complaints from the victim of a person in her building who had been touching her inappropriately, according to Talk of the Sound.

Valiente currently is being held at Westchester County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
