NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Get out some change or fire up that parking app, because metered parking enforcement will resume in New Rochelle. City officials said meters must be used beginning Monday.

That coincides with the expected Phase 2 reopening next week in the Mid-Hudson region.

Phase 2 of New York Forward permits the reopening of offices, real estate, some retail, vehicle sales, hair salons and barbershops.
