Missing CT Teen Takes Plane From JFK to Morocco: Police
Police said 17-year-old Rebecca Arthur boarded a plane to meet a Facebook friend named Sima El Adala.
Clinton, Conn. teenager Rebecca Arthur, 17, was dropped off at the Delta Airlines terminal of JFK International Airport on Monday, July 6, according to Clinton police.
“It was further determined that she flew to Casa Blanco, Morocco, to see her Facebook friend, Sima El Adala,” according to a press release. “It has been confirmed she arrived there on 07-07-15. Her parents were unaware of her plans or the details of the Facebook relationship.”

Clinton police are asking anyone who has information on Arthur or El Adala, knowledge of their plans or contact with them to contact Ofc. Santiago or Sgt. Flynn at 860-669-0451.
