New Rochelle Closes Church-Division Parking Garage Due To Falling Concrete
City officials said it will be closed until further notice.
NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Small pieces of concrete falling from the first floor ceiling of the Church-Division Garage in New Rochelle have forced the closure of the parking facility. City Manager Charles Strome III said Wednesday that a section of the ceiling of the garage had deteriorated and small pieces of concrete fell down.

Permit holders and parkers will be notified directly and will be relocated to other facilities.

The Church-Division Parking Garage has 388 spaces, with 276 permits and 112 metered spaces.
