New Rochelle Man Arrested On Strangulation, Unlawful Restraint Charges In Greenwich
The suspect surrendered to police this week.

GREENWICH, CT — A 20-year-old New Rochelle man surrendered to Greenwich police this week in connection with a domestic violence investigation from May of this year, according to authorities.
Arrested on charges of second-degree strangulation, first-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct was Kevin Alfredo Ramos Mendoza, of Lockwood Avenue.
According to Greenwich police, Ramos Mendoza was turned himself in on Monday in connection with a May 10 incident on Henry Street in Byram. No additional details were disclosed.

He was held in lieu of a $75,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Oct. 3.
