New Rochelle Resident Accused Of DWI: NY State Police
State police from Troop F said they removed 32 impaired drivers from the roads this past weekend.
NEW ROCHELLE, NY — State police said they removed 32 impaired motorists from the roads over the Dec. 14 weekend. One of them was from New Rochelle.
On October 14, 2018, State Police Coxsackie arrested Alex Rosa, 40, of New Rochelle, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 23 in the town of Cairo when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.
