1. 4.5 Pounds Pot, 23 Pounds Cannabis Found After Westchester Man Reported At Car With Broken Window: NRPD (patch.com) — New Rochelle police responding to a report of a suspicious car with a broken window on North Avenue discovered what they say was far more cannabis than legally allowed. Officers arrested a 22-year-old Yonkers man, who allegedly had about 23 pounds of concentrated cannabis and 4.5 pounds of marijuana in his rental vehicle, and charged him with felony criminal possession of cannabis.
